Firearms
Due to federal regulations, all firearm sales are final once the transfer has been initiated or completed at the receiving FFL. If a firearm arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt at the receiving FFL. We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Firearm Merchandise
Unused, unaltered merchandise (accessories, apparel, gear) may be returned within 30 days of purchase with original receipt and packaging for a full refund or exchange. Items showing signs of use or without original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.

Ammunition
All ammunition sales are final. No returns or exchanges on ammunition.

Range Memberships & Services
Range time, memberships, and training courses are non-refundable unless canceled by High Caliber Gun Range. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
