Firearm Shipping Policy — High Caliber Gun Range

High Caliber Gun Range complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the sale and transfer of firearms. The following shipping policy applies to all firearm purchases made through our website or in-store:

FFL-to-FFL Transfers Only
All firearms purchased through High Caliber Gun Range will be shipped exclusively to a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL holder) of the buyer’s choosing. We do not ship firearms directly to individuals. The receiving FFL dealer will conduct the required background check (ATF Form 4473) and complete the transfer in accordance with federal law.

Buyer Responsibilities

• The buyer is responsible for identifying a local FFL dealer to receive the transfer.
• The buyer must provide the receiving FFL dealer’s name, address, and FFL license copy prior to shipment.
• Any transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL dealer are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• The buyer must comply with all state and local laws applicable to the firearm being purchased.

Restricted States & Localities
We do not ship to states, counties, or municipalities where the purchased firearm is prohibited by law. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify that the firearm is legal in their jurisdiction prior to purchase.

Non-Firearm Items
Ammunition, accessories, and non-firearm merchandise may be shipped directly to the buyer where permitted by law. Ammunition shipments are subject to applicable state regulations and carrier restrictions.

Shipping Carriers & Times
Firearms are shipped via FedEx or UPS in compliance with carrier policies for firearms. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days after FFL documentation is received and verified. High Caliber Gun Range is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete FFL documentation or carrier delays.
